Server log files
The provider of these pages automatically collects and stores information in server log files which your browser transmits automatically: browser type and version, operating system used, referrer URL, host name of the accessing computer, time of the server request and IP address. Embedded live data & external services
This website shows live data from the community's ship computer (for example fleet, pilots, operations, comms). That data is mostly fetched server-side from the system comms.balduur.de and output on this site; no personal data of visitors is passed to third parties in the process. Pilot avatars and the radio stream are loaded directly from comms.balduur.de — which technically transmits your IP address to that server. The operator of comms.balduur.de is the same controller named in the legal notice.
On the Join Us and Contact pages we link to our Discord server. You are only forwarded to Discord once you click the link; Discord's own privacy policy (Discord Netherlands BV / Discord Inc.) then applies.
BalduursGATE client (crew members only)
Anyone who installs the BalduursGATE client thereby reports
game events from the Star Citizen Game.log to
comms.balduur.de — handle, type of event, location or ship, and
time. This applies only to members who have installed the client
voluntarily, not to visitors of this website.

Google Fonts
This site uses Google Fonts for a consistent presentation of typefaces. When a page is called up, your browser loads the required fonts; in doing so it connects to Google's servers, which means Google learns that this website was accessed from your IP address. Your rights
