Star Citizen Controller Configurator
Your controls, visually: load an existing layout_*.xml, drag commands onto buttons, hats, triggers and axes – and take it away again as Star Citizen XML and as a binding chart in PDF. For every pilot, not just the crew.
Your controller assignment is processed directly in the browser. Load your existing Star Citizen layout_*.xml, pick your devices and assign commands graphically or by pressing the real controller button. You can then export the finished XML and a graphical binding chart as PDF. Your configuration is not stored on the OMC server.
For graphical controller configuration we recommend a desktop PC or a laptop. Uploading, viewing and exporting work here as well.
Controller test – live
Every button and every axis the browser reports. Move or press it – the matching hotspot lights up in the image.

Devices
Your configuration is processed locally in the browser and is not uploaded to the OMC server. Nothing is stored and nothing is passed on to third parties. Connected controllers are only accessed when you click, and it is optional for every function – without a controller the editor remains fully usable. On export, keyboard, mouse and every device not shown here stay unchanged in the file. Button numbers are deliberately not part of the device templates: VIRPIL devices can be renumbered freely in the VPC software, so the configurator learns them from your device. Every stick has several views; a control can only be clicked where it is actually visible in the photo – the binding itself still applies to all views. The mouse wheel zooms, Shift+drag pans, double-click jumps to the detail view.
Device photos: VIRPIL Controls, Thrustmaster, VKB, WINWING and Logitech G / Saitek – each from the manufacturer.
