The Yard is settlement on Bloom in the Pyro system. It sits at 18.6 degrees noerdlich latitude and 28.8 degrees longitude. You can quantum straight to it.

Day and night on Bloom

A full day on Bloom lasts 5 hours 2 minutes, and roughly half of that is daylight. In Stanton and Pyro every body lies in one plane with no axial tilt — so there are no seasons, and the daylight phase is the same length everywhere. Approach

The nearest quantum point on Bloom is Shepherd's Rest. From there it is 524.0 km on the shortest route (great circle) or 524.5 km on a fixed compass heading of 311.2 degrees. At 250 m/s and 2 km altitude that works out to roughly 35 minutes of flight time. The great circle is shorter but needs constant correction; on the rhumb line you hold one heading.
